The team here is friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate the great customer service—one staff member even gave me a free wash code, which was a kind gesture. However, I’ve noticed an issue for over four weeks now: one side of the air blower hasn’t been working properly. I’ve mentioned it a few times, but it still hasn’t been fixed. Because of this, I feel like I didn’t get full value from about four washes. I hope management takes this seriously and gets it resolved soon—this could easily turn a good experience into a great one!

Really like this place, gas is a tad bit cheaper, wash quality is great. I just wish the drive-in is wider, driving in without curbing the wheel definitely takes skills.
