They did not clean up the snow and ice on the entrance and exit. It will affect the car moving to unexpected way and it may damaged your car!

I had a pretty scary experience at the car wash. There was black ice right at the car wash exit, and even though I was driving very slowly, my car still slipped several times. I almost hit the side of the exit. The car in front of me also slid when leaving, so it wasn’t just my vehicle. We reported the issue to the staff, and he said he was very busy at the moment. He mentioned that he would notify his colleagues and that someone would take care of it tomorrow…

It’s not worth the time you spend here. Unlike Co-Op, where selecting a regular wash gives you two rounds of washing and even cleans the wheels and undercarriage upon entry, here it only washes the car once with two robotic arms, leaving a lot of stains. Not only does the car not get clean, but the dryer also only works from the top and for less time compared to Co-Op. The robotic arms are not adjustable and can even hit your car, causing damage. You also have to pay more than other touchless car washes for just a few drops of water and improper washing.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at this car wash. Unfortunately, my car was hit twice by the bars, and the foams and soap didn't cover a significant portion, leaving the back of my car still dirty. On a positive note, I did receive a refund, and the operator handled the situation reasonably. However, the positive resolution doesn't fully compensate for the inconvenience caused by the car wash's shortcomings in cleaning and safety. I may reconsider returning to this car wash in the future.
