Paid $20 and honestly one of the worst car washes I’ve used. Half the car looked washed, the other half still dirty. Even the “washed” side had big dirt spots and streaks all over. Felt like a complete waste of money. Definitely not coming back.

Self Serve wash is not worth the cost. Their self serve costs $1.25/minute and you’re charged for the time you’re in the bay. The good: - Pressure out the nozzle was decent -The Bays are clean The not so good: - When changing over from the soap to rinse, it took almost 1 to 1.5 minutes before it was spraying out just water. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a delay in switching over. Either the water they use is very hard and it’s barely flushing the soap out of the nozzle/hose or it’s just a very slow change over. - Wash selection is low. Pretty much soap, wax, rinse. Kind of hoped to have a ceramic spray or something. -The tire/wheel cleaner seemed kind of watered down. -spotless rinse still left spots. Probably related to the nozzle not switching over fast enough. So I probably didn’t get as much spotless rinse as I thought

I had the worst experience at this car wash two Sundays ago with my friend. We were extremely disappointed with the service. Not only did they leave soap all over the car, but they didn’t even properly rinse it off. It was a frustrating and annoying experience. To make matters worse, the guy in charge was rude and treated us as if we were stupid for pointing out the issues. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Complete waste of time and money.

I would leave zero star if possible. This car wash left scratch marks on the back and side of my car. When spoke to the cashier, they said they will submit an insurance claim for me and someone will reach out in 48 hours. And of course, I have not heard anything from anyone. I am really sad that the car I have used for five years and never had any accident now have marks on its body. From the photos, you can clearly see the type of mark is by the spinning brushes and not by other means.

I've been using this car wash exclusively for a few years even though I live and work downtown. The washes were always inconsistent and sometimes missed spots but if I complained they gave me a free re-wash. And they have sale deals on their passes from time to time. But the issues are that sometimes I will drive all the way down and then get there and it's closed, usually for no good reason. Other times I am in a hurry and though the wash didn't get the vehicle clean I don't have time to go in and fill out a request to get the re-wash and then go through again. Upon recently going and having the wash closed for no reason (they said it was "too cold" but it was only -12), I headed down to the Co-op car wash further south on Macleod. For a similar price, the wash itself was 1000% better. The car was spotless, no water marks, nothing. And it was faster too. Simply put, even though I get air miles offers for Shell, I won't be back and have switched to a car wash that is actually reliably OPEN and will actually get my vehicle CLEAN for the price paid. It's something i've come to realize Shell car washes just aren't capable of. Save yourself the frustration and compare with Co-op for yourself.
