Mandeep is great at the front desk. She's knowledgeable, polite, and always understands exactly what you need. She guides you clearly and tells you what to do without any confusion. Every time I come here, the experience is amazing because of her professionalism and positive attitude.

Came in earlier this week and was so happy and impressed by the great customer service! Especially by Tarn, she was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to explain how the machines work and made sure she checked up on me mid workout to ensure I still felt comfortable!! The staff at this location are amazing, they make you feel at ease and ensure you have a great workout. Thank you to the staff here and especially Tarn for making me happy with my decision to chose Shapes as my gym!

I had such a great experience at this location! The girl I spoke with was Tarn and she was so helpful and really understood what I was trying to ask, and answered all my questions without any hesitation. She made sure that I understood everything clearly and really showed a caring attitude. Mandeep the manager was also just as good. She was so nice and caring, and never hesitated to help alongside Tarn. Overall, I am very happy with the staff at this location and look forward to coming in next week to start my fitness journey.

Amazing support from Mandeep Kaur! Mandeep is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
