Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Many sizes of washers and dryers available. Can be a bit expensive especially if you use drop off service, but what isn't these days.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place shattered what little was left of my heart during the worst time of my life. On December 31st, while temporarily living out of a hotel and still reeling from unimaginable loss, we dropped off three loads of laundry for their wash-and-fold service. Days later, when we finally unpacked, we discovered one sock was missing. It wasn’t just any sock—it was the last one my precious 11-year-old son wore before he passed away suddenly just two weeks earlier. That simple piece of fabric was one of the few tangible connections I had left to him, something I could hold and remember his warmth. I called politely, asking only if they had a lost and found—hoping against hope it might turn up. The owner came to the phone. he treated our pain like an annoying inconvenience. No empathy, no humanity—just callous indifference. To anyone reading this: please avoid Seaspray Laundry. There are other places in Regina that might actually care about people. We are devastated beyond words, and this experience has only deepened our sorrow. Grieving parents

On December 31st, we brought three loads of laundry to this place because we are currently living out of a hotel. When we were finally able to unpack the laundry a few days later, we noticed that one sock was missing. This was not an ordinary sock. Our 11-year-old son passed away just two weeks earlier, and this was the sock he was wearing when he died. On Monday, I called the store with a very simple question: do you have a lost and found? Since we used the laundry service, not the public laundromat, I assumed items would be tracked. The woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. She questioned me repeatedly about my receipt and order number, told me she was not working that day, and said she would need to check the cameras and get back to me on Thursday. I was never asking for blame—only whether the sock might be there. Waiting three days for an answer was unbearable given the situation. I went to the store in person to explain how important this sock was to us. I was visibly shaken and crying due to the loss of my son. Instead of empathy, the employee became defensive and accused me of yelling. I was grieving and desperate, not aggressive. Later that day—and again today—the owner contacted us. Instead of compassion, he laughed while my wife was crying on the phone and said, “It’s just a sock, things get lost. I’ll buy a new one or give you a free load of laundry.” He also said I should not be upset with the employee who lost it. What was lost cannot be replaced. A free load of laundry or a new sock is meaningless when someone treats your grief as an inconvenience. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency shown by both the staff and the owner was shocking. Please stay away from this place.

Seaspray Laundry is actually one of the cleanest laundromats in Regina. Machines work properly, no weird smells, and the place feels safe and bright even at night. The washers spin strong so clothes come out almost dry, and the dryers are HOT (in a good way). Prices are fair, change machine actually works, and they even have comfy seating while you wait. Staff keeps the place tidy and I didn’t see any overflowing garbage or sketchy people hanging around.

Very well managed. the staff was helpful and very friendly. Machines work well and timely in and out in no time with no problems. Twenty bucks, 3 loads of laundry and 45 minutes later. I’m all set with laundry off my to do list.
