I was driving around the area where there worker was cutting the grass. He damaged my car through the machine but this company refused to pay me. My damage was around 1,000 but they didn't give me single dollar. The manager is so rude and not professional at all. She wasted my time and in the end refused to give me an answer.

This company is a slowly sinking ship! They care nothing about the people who work hard everyday to make the money that goes into their pockets. They put nothing back into the company at all. Just me me me and what they get to enjoy them selves with. The front office is locked to the employees who work in the field and the two main owners don’t even know your name. Nor will they even make an effort to know who you are or acknowledge that you are what continues to keep them rich! They have no problem hosting events for the clients once a month with fancy meats, cheeses and lots of alcoholic beverages to go around but the staff get nothing from them for the part they play in keeping the money flowing. All the equipment we use is broken and barely gets us through a day without injuries or breaking down. The trucks are all newer but if I had to guess it’s only to divert your eyes long enough to not see the truth about who these people really are. People who care nothing about the people who keep them rich and put nothing back into the company both equipment and employees. Don’t care about you the potential client either. Don’t be fooled by the expensive cheese, nice truck and the wine they keep you drunk with while they take from you and everyone else around them. Ladies I truly hope your arrival back to the company is for the better of your company and do the right things moving forward. Otherwise your doomed to survive. You really need to take a closer look at what’s really going on there if you care about your employees and company as a whole! Two of you most experienced employees walked today and we were not just there for a paycheque either. But had you taken the time to get to know us then you wouldn’t be reading about the actual love we both have for the work we do. It’s people like us that every landscaping company needs. Other wise why do you do it at all? Get some new equipment, show those who are still there they matter and you appreciate them by paying the crew leads properly and not the same as the people they need to also train while continuing to do 60-80% of the work. On top of managing the sites and everyone they have with them through the day. I truly hope you care ladies and maybe you will make the hard decisions that need to be made. Maybe I’ll hear back from you both in a positive manner and I’d love to help you get back to the love of the work that you once had to then build this company you still have today. Or I won’t and it will just do what it’s going to do. The big fish will die and us little fish will grow from your carcasses as the nature of things is intended.

Thus company is very unprofessional. They are late, unresponsive, and make false statements. I would avoid this small azz company. There's literally tons of snow removal property maintenance companies. Simple call them up and I'm sure you'll find someone better with a lower price. Take it from me avoiiiiiiid

Best company in town! Always on time and professional. Snowdogz is run by some pretty incredible people who are truly dedicated to putting the client first and having client loyalty being a top priority which is rare to see these days. I look forward to continuing future endeavours with Snowdogz!
