I have had a frozen shoulder for several months. I couldn’t lift my arm fully or even tie my hair. I consulted Lek, the owner of the shop, and she recommended Esther to help massage and treat my condition. My shoulder has improved a lot. Esther is very skilled and took great care of me. This was my first visit, and while I appreciated that they could fit me in within an hour of calling, I didn’t have a good experience overall. I typically go to a Thai massage place on Fisgard St., which is excellent. I’ve had Thai massages for years, including outside Victoria, and this experience fell below my expectations. The therapist began with an oil massage, but it felt unprofessional and unstructured. After about 15 minutes, I shared my concerns, and she stepped out to consult with her manager. Despite completing the full hour and paying nearly $100, I left feeling disappointed. For comparison, the other place I visit charges $80 and consistently provides a much higher-quality experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.

Was able to get a spot for a couples Thai massage 2 days in advance. Paid $80 each for 1 hour. A little less talking during the massage would be nice but overall, the experience was good and the ladies were nice.
