I booked in with Dr. Whelan last week and it was the most positive medical appointment I have EVER had in 10 years. The appointment lasted an hour and 45 minutes, and Dr.Whelan really dove into everything I had sent her in terms of medical results that I had done prior to. She was so interested in my medical history, my symptoms, my concerns and made me feel heard. Her energy was amazing and for the first time in a long time, although my journey with her is just beginning, I feel like I can see a small light at the end of the tunnel. There is actually hope that I may feel happy, healthy, balanced and back to myself again.

Dr. Alana Barmby made an immense impact in my life. Because of her expertise, I was able to push for and receive a celiac diagnosis that has potentially saved my life. Prior to her, I did not suspect celiac at all. She is immensely thorough and looks at her patients holistically, with an obvious care that you do not find in traditional western medicine. Could not recommend enough. With our failing health system, naturopathy is a key and potentially life-saving type of care that everyone can benefit from.

My experience going to see Dr. Barmby was so informative and helpful. She listened to my concerns, took the time needed to ask the questions to help narrow down my issues. She then created a very thourough plan to help me find balance within my body. She was patient with me and I felt heard , often at doctors appointments I feel rushed and that always creates stress inside of me. I wanted a full body approach to healing and she gave me exactly that ! I appreciate the variety of modalities that are offered at her clinic as well. It’s a great team working to serve the public there! Thank you

Dr. Alana Barmby is exceptional! After my initial session, I have never felt more heard or understood by a doctor before. With her assessments and recommendations, I'm naturally starting to get to a place of balance and wellness. I finally feel like the root cause of my issues are being addressed and resolved.
