Amazing place to work with. Took a 2004 Audi TT with broken exhaust flex pipes to him after being told by 3 different exhaust shops that they can't help me and he was able to repair them for me so the car is no longer super loud or has exhaust fumes coming into the cab. Also made the process super smooth and went above and beyond to make it so we could pick the car up when we live 3 hours away.

Really honest, transparent, and efficient service. Neil was so helpful in explaining the issues with my VW. Will absolutely be back if I have any vehicle issues in the future.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. Maybe they’ve changed since I last went here. But about 3-4 years ago I brought in my 89 e34 in for control arms basically all suspension and steering parts (what was clearly wrong with it after test drive) also a valve adjustment. I was told a pro (“a guy who worked in Germany” buddy said). Was to do my valve adjustment but when I received the vehicle the guy didn’t clean the valve cover off making it seem as if it was never done. Sure maybe he just chose not to clean the cover but for 700$ you’d expect a little better. Anyways I told them to do all of the parts that needed fixing tie rods, control arms, steering bushings. I was called that it was finished, the price for the job was 2,700$ plus. They told me they didn’t do the tie rods because “they didn’t have enough time” which is a crazy thing to say. I was in disbelief when they also didn’t bother doing my steering ball link, my vehicle still wandered if it hit a slight bump and it would ruin my tires due to cupping. This was all very upsetting because if I wanted to bring the vehicle back in they would have had to charge me for labour even though if they just did it when everything was already off it would have been no problem. You are probably wondering why I didn’t say anything back then, I was young and wasn’t the most confrontational guy. Also when I had an appointment, I had my vehicle towed there about 2 weeks early. I was then called by someone who worked there to tell me to get it off their lot. When I went to do so the lot was completely empty. I was not being a nuisance in anyway but had to pay for a tow to get it off the lot. Again maybe they’ve changed but I was not impressed with the work they did.

Neil and his team recently did some work on my VW, not only were the prices fair but the service was fast and excellent. He also discovered some parts that had been missing after some warranty work I had done at the VW Dealership in December. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my Mercedes to Import after getting a quote for general maintenance from Mercedes. Neil’s prices were much more competitive and the service was fantastic. The number one thing I appreciate in any business is being able to trust the person making recommendations for me. I truly trust Neil and his team and I am very happy I have found this great local shop to take my vehicle!
