Sara did my bridesmaid makeup for a friends wedding, and as I told her that day, it is literally the prettiest I have felt! I am still obsessing over how incredible my makeup was & would recommend Sara to literally anybody. I see why Sara is a staple in the YQR, and really SK, make-up industry!

Sara Lindsay and her staff did the make up for my daughter's recent wedding and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and fun we had. Sara is the absolute sweetest! She took me through the store and explained the products and assisted me in choosing the best colors of makeup for me. It's always such a pleasure shopping in her store. All of my experiences over the years have always been positive.

My experience was not good. I have short hair and was in chair 10 min. The stylist put 2 curls in back combed it and sprayed. Had to redo when I returned to hotel. My makeup....well the lipstick ran into my skin around lips. Looked like a Lucy show. The lashes I took were to long and rubbed on my glasses. Instead of curling them she cut them while they were glued on. When she was cutting them she also cut my own. I have never had my makeup done before and was really looking forward to this. Thank goodness I had makeup wipes so I could fix my lipstick. By the way it cost me 130.00 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sara Lindsay is the most modern, carefully built makeup and hair studio in Saskatchewan, formed by a personable and skillful staff, whom are experts in their respective positions. Based on my personal experience with Taylor (a hair stylist expert), the staff accommodates to your needs and doesn’t treat your requests as ‘impossible,’ instead they provide services that exceed your expectations. As for the environment, it is cleanly, atmospherically soothing and pleasant to the eye. If I had walked into the store with a blindfold and then proceeded to remove it, I would have immediately assumed it was one of New York, Toronto or Paris’ most renown and prolific beauty stores. In short, Sara Lindsay demonstrates that homegrown, Saskatchewan founded retail stores can provide a qualitative experience that doesn’t view the customer as simply another wallet, but a friend and a newly founded relationship, while retaining the professionalism you would expect.
