Great massage experience. Only came in for 30 minutes but I feel so much better. I got to see Karla who really helped me out with my neck and shoulder issues. Gave me some tips on how to fix it over time as well. Very easy and efficient to book and lots of RMT's here to get your massage needs met. Very soothing atmosphere.

Absolutely shameful how they handle their booking. For context, see my wife’s review below this one. My wife received a gift certificate from a friend, and she used it to book us a couples’ massage and requested that she be the primary contact. Shortly after she booked the massage (early January), I began receiving texts from S&S saying that I’d been added to Fresha, etc., but nothing else that indicated that I needed to take any further action. The massage was for 12:15 on Saturday January 17. On Friday January 16, around noon, I was sent a text link to an intake form. I couldn’t complete it right then and there, because I was at work. That evening, at 19:54, S&S called me asking to confirm the appointment. I verbally confirmed on the phone that I would take the appointment. The caller asked me to “click on the link we sent you to confirm.” The ONLY link I had received was to the intake form, so I assumed that must be it. I clicked the link, filled out the intake form, and that was it. At 22:00 that night, I received a text and email from them saying that my appointment had been cancelled. My wife called them as soon as they opened on January 17. The receptionist said that they had sent me the text link to confirm the appointment, which they DID NOT. In the meantime, our slot had filled up. Salt and Stone has refused to take any ownership of their mistake. They replied to my wife’s review, doubling down that they had sent me the confirmation link. They absolutely did not send me ANY type of text or email that had any type of link to confirm my appointment. They should not have been sending it to me anyway, as my wife was the one who booked it, and specifically asked to be the primary contact. Do you honestly think I’d go to the trouble of filling out your arduously long and tedious intake form the night before, just to not confirm my appointment?? Do you think I’d go to all that trouble just to lie about not receiving the confirmation link?? Absolutely shady business practice if I ever saw any.

This was my first-ever relaxation massage, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped release so much tension and stress. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and more relaxed than I’ve felt in a long time. Honestly, I would give 10 stars out of 5 if that were an option! 😂 Highly recommend to anyone looking to fully relax and unwind! ✨

Such a soothing, calm place to be at, I felt welcomed & at ease. I had an absolutely exceptional experience with my therapist Camryn during my deep tissue & relaxation massage. It was a perfect balance of therapeutic pressure & calming flow. The massage was not only deeply relaxing but also intuitively focused on the areas that needed attention. I could feel the stress melt away, feeling lighter, completely refreshed & truly cared for. I highly recommend Cam to anyone looking for a skilled & compassionate massage therapy. Recently moved back to Saskatoon and was looking for a new massage therapist. The website and booking procedure was simple and easy to navigate. I initially was drawn in by the $75 promo for first time clients but was pleasantly surprised with the aesthetic of the front desk and friendliness of the receptionists. The lady I booked with, Angel, was welcoming and easy to talk to. She listened to everything I requested and her execution was amazing. I believe I may have fallen asleep a few times (which has never happened before) as it was so relaxing! I would say the environment of the room and decor played a big part as well as it was pleasing to the eye and comfortable. I will definitely be going back for a second visit. Thank You for the wonderful experience!
