Saliss Plumbing was amazing. We had an issue with our sump pump on New Years Day and Marty came right out and got us taken care of. They were extremely professional and their prices are more than fair. We will be using Saliss Plumbing for any and all our plumbing needs moving forward. Thanks Marty!!! Outstanding job!!

Sub pump broke at 10pm on a Sunday night over the holidays. The owner personally made sure someone attended that night. Fixed the problem and came back the next day to insure it was installed correctly. Cleaned up the mess and removed the broken equipment. I have used Salliss plumbing multiple times and have never been disappointed in the quality of work or the friendliness of his employees. Definitely would call again!

Responsive, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had some old collapsing iron pipes replaced for far less than I was expecting! Thanks to Steve for diagnosing the problem, and Jason and Reece for the pipe replacement.

Notified by our neighbour (who is keeping an eye on our place while we’re out of town) that the temperature in our house was down to 6◦C, even though the thermostat was set to “Heat” and to a temperature of 15◦. I called Saliss and my call went directly to their technician (Matt), who was at our door within an hour, as promised. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty pressure switch, which he replaced. Equally impressively, he didn’t make a big deal about the bill, just said that he’d invoice us later and that we could take care of it when convenient. We're beyond impressed by the quick response, the timely repair, and the empathy and professionalism displayed throughout. We'd used Saliss previously for plumbing jobs, and they are now our new go-to for heating/cooling as well. Thanks Saliss!!

Hands down, Salliss Plumbing is one to consider! I was expecting to have my water heater replaced as it's now 11 years old and the one prior had quite after 10 when it started leaking. My current one starting leaking and now being 11 years old, I assumed it was toast. I was prepared to have a new system put in, but when Marty came, he quickly identified that the valve was just loose and the unit was still in good condition. I could have easily been drawn to spend thousands of dollars as I was also looking into going into a tankless system, in which I still may, but Marty advised the system is in good working order and no need to change. Best of all, since it was a quick and easy fix, he didn't charge me, even for his time! Highly recommend!!!
