My daughter and I had a Manicure and Pedicure package. The spa area was chic and the customer service was a 12 out of 10. It was a wonderful mother and daughter experience. Highly recommended!

I love this place. It’s difficult to find a salon I’d go back to repeatedly, but I’ve been a long-term client of Saab’s for good reasons: Saab staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and experienced. They’re also accommodating of individual needs. Whether I’m getting spa, aesthetic or hair services, I always leave feeling cared for and that the money was well spent. Thank you, all!

Saab Salon is modern, clean, and welcoming. The stylists really listen, give great suggestions, and make you feel comfortable. Prices are a bit over but they use quality products and the environment is really good. It’s worth give it a try.

Rave Review for SAAB Salon and Spa – Ottawa What an absolute gem! My friends and I stumbled upon SAAB Salon and Spa during a a girls’ trip, and we’re still glowing from the experience. We popped in for mani-pedis and were completely blown away. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding — Frank and the whole team were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, and Frank and the staff made us feel like VIPs. I had the pleasure of being treated by Trina, who was not only skilled but so attentive and kind. She took amazing care with both my manicure and pedicure — total perfection! My friends were also in great hands, and we were all genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the luxurious feel of the entire treatment. The products they use are top-notch, and you can really feel the difference — our nails and skin felt nourished, not just polished. We loved it so much that we booked massages for the very next day — and that says everything. Highly, highly recommend SAAB if you’re looking for exceptional service, a relaxing vibe, and treatments that leave you feeling pampered and refreshed.

I had an amazing experience at Saab Salon, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, while I was waiting for my appointment I was offered a coffee from their beautiful coffee bar which was lovely. For the appointment itself Jordan was amazing! From the head and neck massage when washing my hair, to the techniques used during my cut, as well as the end result of styling my hair, I am so incredibly happy with my experience.
