My friend invited me to spin and I thought it would be easy because I bike all the time in the summer. Anyways spin is a lot harder than biking to a brewery for a patio beer, very humbling class. But overall the instructors were helpful and the atmosphere was very fun and the music was awesome (could use more nickelback songs though)

I’m really disappointed with how much this studio has declined. The space feels outdated and poorly maintained and at this price point, that’s really hard to overlook. There’s been constant instructor turnover, and the overall quality/challenge of classes just isn’t what it used to be. It feels like the business is leaning on its name and past reputation rather than upholding the standard that originally built it.

Omg what a fun experience! How am I supposed to go back to my home studio now?? Popped in for a spin class with Katelyn while visiting family in the area and it was so unique and fun!! Will for sure be coming back!

I’ve been going to Ryde for 4 months and I have never had a bad experience. The environment is incredible, the staff is supper friendly and the instructors are very motivating with great music. I’ve been doing both spin and body classes, I HIGHLY recommend Ryde Studio for a great workout and a safe environment!

Ryde is an amazing spin studio! The atmosphere is energetic, and the instructors are incredibly motivating. Each class is designed to challenge you while keeping it fun, and the music selection always gets you pumped up. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a great workout!
