This might probably be the best place to service your vw and Audi, I bought my b8 s4 here to fix a steering problem, and a vacuum leak. I brought it to another shop and they told me that they couldn’t find what exactly is wrong and quoted me a way higher price. But Serge fixed it for me and the pricing is very reasonable. Now car driving is driving much better and smoother.

I was hunting for a VW specialty shop that could cope with my car - I have an older Passat that needs someone who understands VW stuff well to deal with properly. Very happy with the service provided - I got exactly what I needed from them and I'm confident that they did the services I asked for properly. Pricing is very fair. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be going to Rudy and Peter Motors going forwards.

I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience as a warning to others. I brought my 2006 BMW 530xi here for a transfer case replacement. I specifically asked if they were comfortable working on BMWs and was assured they were. The job was quoted as ~5 hours, and I was told I’d have the car back by Friday. Instead, they kept it for 8 days. After installation, they claimed the used transfer case I supplied was bad and insisted it had to be removed. They also incorrectly told me BMW transfer cases must come from the exact same model and transmission, which is not true. More concerning, they initially insisted the transfer case did not need coding — a basic and required step on these cars. After I pushed the issue, they finally coded it, and the car immediately worked. The most frustrating part wasn’t the mistake, but the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no professionalism shown. I was made to feel like the problem was my fault, despite it being a simple missed coding step. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the car is now running, but if you own a BMW, I would not recommend this shop. Overconfident, poor communication, and weak time management.

Rudy & Peters, run by Serge now, is an absolute gem if you own a VW. I've got a new-to-me 2018 VW Golf, which I've brought to them twice already. They have the know-how and parts ready (they quickly diagnosed and fixed my EPC and check engine light). When I mentioned during my second visit that I needed the servicing and carbon cleaning done ASAP for a road trip, Serge went above and beyond to have my car ready in time. Highly recommended.
