I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but I’ve been here 4 times. The first 2 times it was pleasant. The 3rd time felt rushed, messy and careless. I left with nails that needed to be filed again cause they were rough, not shaped and thick. I figured it was just busy or a bad day. I went in today for my fill appointment and it again felt rushed, careless and messy. I was cut twice, my nails are extremely thick, jagged, spent about 20 seconds on each nail filing. My nails are crooked and look just bad. Then felt pushed out at the end. I spent $70 here just to go spend another $60 for another salon to fix them. I don’t recommend this salon at this time. Edit: the nails have started lifting at the base only 4 days of having them

AMAZING STAFF!!!! So gentle and caring. HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALON IVE BEEN TO SO FAR!!!Most salons I’ve been to they don't actually care about your nail health but when I walked in she recommended that I take a break which isn’t what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. Henree was an amazing nail tech and person!!!! Will definitely be coming back.

Henree did a beautiful job of filling my acrylic nails. Very gentle, thorough and a perfectionist. Loved my nails!

We had a group of 5, including two kids, and they were able to accommodate all of us to receive our services at the same time. The technicians were pleasant and professional and made the experience fun for the kids - offered drinks and put on a movie to entertain them. Prices were reasonable and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thanks!!

I see now why the photos online are all of stuck on nails. I got a manicure removed and shellac put on. The shellac started peeling within a week and looked so terrible that I had to get it taken off 10 days later. They scraped my nails down to the skin to remove it. My fingertips throbbed for weeks after getting it removed and they were so brittle afterwards. Now that they're growing back out I can see how much they actually scraped off. I would not recommend this place if you use your hands much or like having strong fingernails

I have been going to tulip nails for so long and royal nail is owned by the same people and you guys would be doing yourself a favour to go there. They are so talented and so kind and so professional and on top of that they are so clean. It’s just a place you wanna go to and relax. They have so many services to offer and you would be doing yourself a favour to go there. I see Carolyn there or Henree and they are absolutely amazing as are all the staff and they are just wonderful.

I love this place so much, I get my nails done regular and my nail tech did an amazing job i did have an injury on one of my nails and they made sure I done feel any pain while they do my nails. Very thoughtful and client oriented. Highly recommend

Very pleased. A very kind and pleasant staff treated us well, my 3 girls and I got the deluxe pedi with hot stone massage and regular polish, very happy with our whole experience. I've had a pedi there before and service was excellent then as well, very satisfied customer, will def go back and recommend. Thank you Warman Royal Nails Spa 😃👌 !

The staff is very good at their work.And they are very fast. It's just, I don't always understand them. It's difficult to communicate what you want when they don't understand what you are saying either.
