Request Adam!!! He could not have been more professional and willing to go above and beyond. We called him in for what we thought was a simple clog which unfortunately expanded to a few other plumbing issues and as each new situation arose Adam was on top of it. Great work ethic, worked in a timely and efficient manner and was a great personality to deal with as well. I would prefer to never NEED to call another plumber in my lifetime… but if I ever do, I will be calling Adam.

Koby did a great job diagnosing the backed up basement drain and clearing what turned out to be a clogged sewage ejector pump. It wasn't inexpensive but the pricing was transparent and I'm happy with the service. Koby was efficient, professional, and he took the time to explain the issues. Highly recommend Roto Rooter lower mainland office! Big thanks to manager Joel, and technician Su. I called 9 pm Friday for a sewer emergency. The lady at front desk answered my call right away and passed the message to her team. Manager Joel responded my message in a couple minutes and scheduled me for the first service in Saturday morning! That saved me from paying expensive after hour price. Joel assured me to send an experienced technician for my septic tank sewage system. He was very transparent with the fees too. Technician Su is so knowledgeable about septic system that he quickly diagnosed the location of clog. He cleared my pipe without removing any toilet bowls. He saved me time, money and energy for cleaning up! Recommendation from a happy customer.
