Had a sewer backup late Friday night. Called several companies and they would have taken hours to come out. Called roto rooter and they met me within 20 mins. Whole process took and hour and was done. Would recommend! :)

Had a sewer backup problem in our basement. Massive shout out to Jason who came out. Super friendly and professional guy who ended up having the line cleared out within an hour. 0/10 would recommend sewer backup problems in a basement, but 10/10 would recommend Jason and Roto Rooter for the quick response and taking care of the issue.

Mayhill Garden Apartments have been calling Roto-Rooter for our plugged kitchen drains. We are very happy with the service. Derrick did a great job of unplugging the drain and installing a new sink basket. Derrick was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Plus, they always come on the same day!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. They were out this past summer for a sewer back up issue and I thought they did a well enough job. Not even 6 months later, we had another sewer back up. Called roto rooter around 6pm and they said they were unable to come out and to call back the next morning to make an appointment, so we called another company instead. The technician said that he could see that the roots causing the back up were never actually removed, holes were poked in them to make the issue appear to have been fixed. Called roto rooter the next day to discuss this situation and woman on the phone was rude and immediately got defensive. She just wanted to argue and did not actually care to solve the issue or apologize. Roto router basically said tough - no refund or other resolution was offered. Take a look at how the other one star review was responded to (“I’m sorry YOU didn’t understand…”)! It tells you everything you need to know about their customer service. They cut corners and won’t be accountable to their actions.
