Emin and his team completely gutted and renovated my bathroom. He was very honest, thorough. They started when they said they were going to start and worked consistently until the job was done. He consulted me at every stage and provided excellent solutions both practical and aesthetic. I would happily recommend Rostica to anyone.

Emin and his team did a fantastic job on my reno. The Rostica team re-gutted my entire place and the process was extremely smooth & problem-free. Hard to believe. Emin, with his engineering background, is extremely knowledgeable, pays meticulous attention to detail & is a effective project manager. He also has an artistic eye for design-balancing function with form and stylish aesthetics. He is not only very friendly but also super calm & patient, communicates in a very timely manner, is a great listener and endeavors to understand what his customers need. His collaborative & respectful nature was exemplified by his patient guidance, frequent updates/check-ins through every single step & his flexibility to switch gears when I came up with another "idea." I never felt rushed when he patiently answered my numerous questions-many which were repetitive & reflected my ground zero knowledge. His honesty, transparency & integrity is admirable and so rare to find these days. I was overcharged for a plumbing issue that was not required in hindsight. I would have never known and he absorbed the cost & forwarded me a huge refund. I was astonished. The Rostica team members were all also very friendly, professional, skilled, respectful and meticulous. They treated my place as if it was their own. Rostica's estimate was very competitive & fair which was made possible by Rostica's inhouse millwork services & their network of distributors who provided excellent, quality products at great price points. The project was completed on time. The estimate was accurate & fair with no "surprises" & overcharges. Clean up was pristine and post-completion support was and will continue to be excellent throughout the warranty period. I have 100% trust in Emin. I have renovated many homes in the past and Rostica Renovations is my best experience thus far. I am so thrilled, grateful & appreciative that Rostica Renovations created a home beyond what I had envisioned in my mind. I would use them again without hesitation. After reaching out to multiple companies, we decided to consult Rostica Renovations for a remodel of three outdated bathrooms in our townhouse, including taking out a shower unit that no longer worked. We are so glad we did. Emin, Enes, and the tiling expert they hired, Kiyas, were an absolute dream to work with. The team is incredibly hardworking, reliable, and good-humoured, which gave us peace of mind throughout the project. Communication was also a breeze. Every detail, no matter how small, got their full attention, and they made sure we were always informed and involved. Their work ethic is top-notch; they don’t cut corners, they are extremely meticulous and give very thoughtful suggestions along the way. They also did not hesitate to help with minor fixes and wanted to ensure we were 100% happy. The result speaks for itself—a bathroom that feels both functional and luxurious. Emin and his team fully renovated two bathrooms (master and guest ones) and replaced kitchen tiles at our townhouse. They did all this work over a year ago and everything still operates as it should. I enjoyed working with Emin and his team as they are very reasonable in terms of solutions they provide and they are always open to explain all the details and recommend the most optimal options for a particular case. What I also liked about them is that they didn't upsell any stuff (I had this issue with other contractors though). Also, when I was not satisfied with some of the minor items, they were ready to fix them. Another thing which is worth mentioning is that we had more of a manufacturer's issue with our toilet and Emin was able to come and resolve it even after one year warranty already expired. Emin helped us even with an urgent problem at home which was not related to his work: we had a leakage during a heavy rain and we didn't know whom to contact so we contacted Emin and his team came to our place and helped us to apply some fixes to the leaking doors. I truly enjoyed working with Emin and his team and I'd highly recommend their services.

This was the 2nd project Emin completed in my condo this year. Choosing Rostica for the job was a no-brainer for me. His speed and workmanship is top-notch and unlike some contractors, he actually has an eye for design AND will share his honest opinion if you ask him. I trust his expertise from start to finish and I’m never disappointed. As long as Emin is in business, my money will go to him for any type of reno project. You’ll be super pleased with the final results if yours does too.
