I had a quick visit, and overall, it was good. The only thing that was a bit strange was their policy of submitting it as a secondary under the spouse. Since all the places handle insurance for both primary and secondary, customers shouldn’t have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. They only submit as a secondary user for major surgeries, which doesn’t seem right. I think they should definitely change this policy because I might not come back because of this issue.

I had a great experience at Rosemont Dental yet again. Over multiple visits, I’ve had appointments with both dental hygienists, and each time they were incredibly thorough and did an excellent, very clean job. The staff are always friendly and professional, appointments run on time with little to no waiting, and everything is completed quickly while still being very hygienic and well organized. Direct deposit/payment processing has never been an issue either. Highly recommend!”
