A Cozy Escape at RNR Wellness Spa Tucked inside Le Germain Hotel in Calgary, RNR Wellness Spa is a hidden gem. The space is cozy and calming, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Joaquina was especially wonderful, she helped release so much tension with care and skill. I left feeling lighter and deeply relaxed. I’d absolutely come back.

We recently had a couples massage here and unfortunately both treatments were well below expectations. The massages felt unstructured and more like a general rub-down than a planned or therapeutic experience, and this was consistent for both therapists. Given the Le Germain brand and the fact that this is a spa setting rather than a clinical massage storefront, we were expecting a much higher level of quality and intention. If your staying at the hotel its convenient, but i would not return as the quality of training the therapists have do not align with a spa setting.

I’ve had two massages at RNR Le Germain so far, and I’m already booked for my third—which says it all. The ambience is calm, luxe, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. You’re genuinely treated so well, and my therapist Jean was amazing—professional, comforting, and very intuitive to what my body needed. The little extras really elevate the experience: access to the sauna and valet parking are truly the cherry on top and make it feel like a full reset, not just a massage. Highly recommend—this place is almost my gatekeep.

Had a fabulous experience at the spa. I was welcomed as soon as I walked off the elevator. The changeroom with sauna and shower were clean and inviting. The outside deck was fabulous to sit out on. There were some great snacks and beverages. The massage therapist did an excellent job and continued to ask about pressure. My favourite part was the quiet resting beds. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at RNR Wellness in Le Germain. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place felt clean and relaxing. My massage was really good — it helped me release a lot of tension. I appreciated how calm and comfortable everything was. I left feeling much better and will definitely come back.
