Hands down the best gym in Saskatoon! The owners are great, the equipment is great and the community is great. If you attempt to go to another gym after this one, it will never feel the same!

Best gym in Saskatoon. By far. The owners are gems and the atmosphere is awesome. It might feel intimidating at first but everyone here is great, welcoming, and super friendly! The gym is always spotless and very thoughtfully curated.

Rise Spin Lab is fantastic. I like to go to Janna’s classes because she takes time to teach foundation skills and gives options - the class was inclusive for all levels. I finally figured out how to pump and dip today! The music is always great - but I’m waiting for the musical singalong class! 12/10 recommend

I really appreciate the light atmosphere and level of excellence you find at Rise Strength Lab. The staff are friendly, the rates are affordable, and the equipment and knowledge you find here is top notch. Had a chance to talk to the owners, and they're really down to earth, friendly guys. Best fitness gym in Saskatoon, in my opinion. Not a place where you find a lot of big/fragile egos walking around, just quality training.

Anybody anxious at the gym who want a judgement free zone to learn a new skill or work out in general I highly recommend RSL. The atmosphere is so welcoming to EVERYONE, no matter your size, level or dedication. Any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask staff, they're incredibly easy to talk to and knowledgeable! I love RSL. 🖤
