We had the entire exterior of our house renovated by RidgeCrest and couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with them. The entire core exterior team (Peter, Dominik and Andrew) were very meticulous with their work, producing a beautiful end product. They were also very friendly and approachable (even our neighbours were impressed). The stonework completed by Ivan was equally as impressive. He was very pleasant too. The porch team, Craig and Kamil, did a beautiful job on the decking and worked hard in a tight space to make sure animals couldn't get underneath. Our roof looks spectacular, Oswaldo and the roofing team were efficient and friendly. And the final touch, the parging helped complete the look. David and the whole team, were extremely pleasant to work with; anytime we had a question or concern (there were not many) they were immediately on it. We would highly recommend RidgeCrest team to anyone (and have done so already).

Amazing quality and craftsmanship! These guys are the real deal. As a custom home builder that relies heavily on skilled trades and suppliers, I was able to provide my client with a complete exterior finishing package that not only looks good but performs good. From start to finish David the owner was quick and efficient, providing estimates that are competitive as well as overseeing the installation. David’s crews were also exceptional. Kris and his guys worked through adverse weather conditions, while still upholding the highest level of quality. Ivan the stone mason, also did an incredible job, while always having a smile on his face. Overall, I am very happy with RidgeCrest’s work and would highly recommend.

RidgeCrest has performed exterior work on our home in both 2010 and 2025. The owner, David Marrelli, is very knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring quality workmanship and materials at a reasonable price. He exceeded expectations in negotiating with our insurance company and its adjusters regarding a hail-damage settlement. David employs excellent contractors to complete the work. Oswaldo and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roofing and skylights, even persevering through some challenging weather conditions. Miron is a skilled, thorough painter who performed interior paint touch-ups and trim finishing for us. Brad was also an experienced and skilled installer of our garage door. RidgeCrest even assisted us in selling our old garage door. Overall, we are thankful to David and his team for the work they completed for us. We would highly recommend RidgeCrest Developments.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. Ridgecrest recently removed the existing stucco on our home and replaced it with Hardie Board, and the transformation has been incredible. The entire project was handled professionally, with a clear commitment to quality, detail, and craftsmanship throughout. From the demolition and prep work to the final installation and finishing, every step was well organized and thoughtfully executed. Kim did a phenomenal job during the stucco removal, carefully working around the existing fascia, soffits, and painted windows—there wasn’t a single scratch or issue afterward. That level of care made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of the project. The Hardie Board installation itself was done with outstanding precision, resulting in a clean, modern, and solid exterior. The attention to siding alignment, trim work, flashing, and overall detailing is immediately noticeable and really showcases the quality of workmanship. A special shout-out to the crews and individuals who made this project stand out. Peter and his crew did an excellent job on the main installation and were a pleasure to have on site—hardworking, respectful, and incredibly meticulous. In my opinion, they are the best Hardie installers in the city. Ivan’s work was also exceptional; he created a stone accent wall that truly elevates the home and has already become a major talking point with our neighbors. And Miron’s custom wood grain painting on the Hardie shingles and Smart Trim was absolutely next level—it adds warmth, depth, and realism to the exterior while keeping it maintenance free. Communication throughout the project was clear, professional, and consistent, and it was obvious that excellence in both service and workmanship is a top priority for this team. We would confidently recommend Ridgecrest to homeowners or builders looking for high-quality exterior renovation work. We interviewed several companies before we selected RidgeCrest Developments to upgrade our exterior of our house. The main objective was to repair the damage we are seeing in our stucco and to prevent any future damages. Plus we wanted make some upgrades to enhance the look of our house. We worked closely with David Marrelli (President/owner) to define the scope of all the work. David brings a wealth of experiences and ideas to make our house the envy of the neighbourhood. Once we signed a contract, work started immediately. Everyone of his crew were professionals and there was no issue too small. After seeing how they removed any loose or damaged stucco, it gave me great confidence that the repairs were done right. In addition, the materials and products used in the project was the best quality available. The RidgeCrest team did a fantastic job and they worked quickly which minimized any disrupt to our daily activities. Special thank you to: Ozgur and crew on stucco, Ivan on stones, Doug and Craig on the doors and trims, Miron on painting and Fraser on electrical. We were introduced to Ridgecrest at the home show. After we got their information we looked them up and read good things. We reached out and met David. He came to our home and had some good ideas, he also provided a list of other exteriors they had worked on. We used the list to drive around to houses near us they had worked on. The quality looked very good and we talked to one couple who had really positive things to say about the company. We also used the touring to get ideas on Hardie colours. We ended up expanding the scope of our work from David’s ideas, adding a deck. His knowledge, experience and ideas led to a much better end product than we had started with. The demo lady was very efficient and incredibly hard working. Our old house was a tough job with inch thick stucco, vinyl and wood siding on nothing but buffalo board. It couldn’t have been easy but she did a good job and kept the site very clean. The carpenter, Craig, did an amazing job on the deck and clearly is very good at his trade. The way he laid the boards was very precise and looks excellent. The Hardie crew, led by Kris, did a great job. They skirted our deck with smartboard in a way that looks closed in and neat. The way they installed the trim and flashing around all the windows, doors, vents electrical and gas conduit looks way better than we imagined. The Hardie board looks great. They lowered our line from the upper level and basement by 18” making our house look more even than it did before. Gutters and soffit have stood up really well in the last month of lots of rain. Lastly we had a guy come fix up the remaining parging and he was able to improve what was previously there greatly. It all looks very cohesive. Interactions with all trades were friendly and helpful. The whole process probably only took a month and was very pleasant throughout. Not long after we had the work done our community was the epicentre of a major hailstorm and the Hardie stood up perfectly. Our neighbours with vinyl siding all have damage. David is incredibly responsive and has great communication skills. The end result is better than we expected, an excellent experience. Would use them again most definitely.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ridgecrest to complete the exterior renovations to my home. These renovations included Hardie siding, new insulation, roof expansion to the back and updated roof line above the front door, new garage door as well as reframing two very large bay windows that had sunk over the years. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was completed, and the entire team at Ridgecrest were very professional and respectful throughout the entire project. The owner David Marrelli was very responsive and the quote he provided at the beginning was pretty spot on, aside from a few small changes that were made along the way. The attention to detail I observed from Peter and his siding crew as well as Craig who completed the carpentry work was impressive and reassuring. I am very pleased with the transformation to my home and highly recommend Ridgecrest to anyone looking for high quality exterior renovations. Thanks guys!

We were extremely pleased with the work and quality of RidgeCrest Developments. The owner, David, and his Foreman, Randy, were both very responsive to our questions, requests, AND changes!! Also, the entire crew did a great job within a reasonable timeframe. Importantly, the final price tag was EXTREMELY close to what we were quoted (in fact, it may have been exactly what was outlined in the contract). Finally , the entire project cost was competitively priced (we had quotes from 6 other companies). Before (blue door) and after photos attached.

In July 2020 we had our exterior mostly redone in Elbow Park area by RidgeCrest Exteriors. RidgeCrest did an outstanding job!. We had new soffits done in Cedar, WIndows painted, stucco painted, new decorative trim, new pillars, new privacy fencing, new garage door, re finished front door. new refurbished porch iron railings, new eaves etc etc. Next up is a new custom deck this spring done by RidgeCrest. David M. is excellent to deal with and very responsive! On time and on budget 🏅🥇🏆
