I've used Rick since 2022 and would never call anyone else. I see some price moaning below but the expertise and level of service you get is astounding so to me even if I did feel he charged more than others (which I don't) he'd still be worth it. He's extremely responsive even when he's slammed. He's helped us out by phone with no charge at times and checked back in to make sure we were good. He lays out the potential costs clearly before going ahead and gives us a clear picture of our options. He's just plain reliable in every aspect of his business.

Rick did a great job that was quite simple. He was prompt and punctual, and very efficient, finishing the job in less than 30 minutes. He was certainly not affordable and I feel like I was suckered because I had not asked him for a quote or rough estimate. If I had the tools I could have easily done it myself, but I was busy and thought this would be good for the economy to give a tradesman some work. He used a torch to melt the solder on the old taps to remove them, sanded the copper pipes, and slid the new sharkbite taps on with no solder needed. I had bought the new taps myself so no parts were needed. He was in and out in 25-30 minutes and texted me that I owed him $425. I asked for an invoice and he said he could give me one, but there was no guarantee on the work because I had supplied the taps myself. I will use this as a live and learn experience to always check the price beforehand. I was acting in good faith and expected maybe $200, but I got charged a ridiculous amount for a very simple job. Let's hope that it lasts so I will not need another plumber again for a long time. EDITED TO ADD --- Rick refunded me $75 because I was unhappy about the cost.

We discovered a concerning plumbing backup issue just a couple days after moving into our new home and called Rick to inspect. He arrived on time and identified our issue within the hour. Unfortunately the issue was substantial but Rick walked us through the repair process and quotation, responded promptly to our follow up questions and scheduled the urgent underground sewer repair quickly. The repair itself was done quickly, neatly and properly. He even took the time to walk us through possible upgrades that could be done to avoid future plumbing issues. Safe to say we know who to call the next time we have a plumbing issue (hopefully not often!)

Rick came very highly recommended in the neighborhood Facebook group and after meeting him, I can see why. I called around yesterday for someone to repair a leaky outdoor faucet and Rick came today. The full job was done within the window he provided over the phone. He inspected the issue and gave options for repair, including costs and the situations where each would be applicable, before starting any work. I felt the pricing was very fair and reasonable. He also left me with his recommendations for how to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Before leaving he asked if there was anything else we wanted him to look at while he was here. Overall I would highly recommend Rick for any plumbing needs and would absolutely call him again in the future. Thanks again!

While we ended up with a larger issue than we had expected. the job was done ahead time and as estimated. No extras, Rickey is super knowledgeable, professional and he dealt with the city on our behalf. Our property was treated with respect. Highly recommend.
