This is the best place to go and get a cleaning and have amazing people take care of your oral needs. They want to make sure Ur happy with your smile and your oral health is at it best. I love how they go over and above to meet the needs of all thier clients with professionalism and understanding of everyone's circumstances. They are a great team. Charife did an incredible job at cleaning my teeth, by being very professional, mindful of the pressure and checking in with me to ensure that my teeth are not hurting while she was cleaning them. She has a very steady hand and gives the impression like she has been doing this work for over 30 years. I highly recommend Charife to any client who is going to the dentist for the first time as she makes you feel at ease while she is doing her job. Richmond Dental in general is the best dental clinic I have been to. Everyone that works there is very kind and very professional from the front line staff at the admin desks to the dentists themselves. You just cannot go wrong choosing this dental clinic! Dr. Burgess did two crowns for my wife in the past 6 months and she highly recommends him as well! Keep up the good work everyone at Richmond Dental. We appreciate it!

I booked an appointment for this next month , but they called me with an opening today. It was better because I was free and they even gave me a free electric toothbrush! Just for being a client! And right when I asked if they sold them there because I was about to buy one! And the service is good also.

I had a wonderful experience at Richmond Dental today. Brenda did my cleaning and she was extremely gentle, thorough, and friendly throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Chen completed my full exam, and he was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. One thing I really appreciated is that Dr. Chen can communicate not only in English, but also in Mandarin and French, which makes it much easier for patients from different language backgrounds to understand their treatment options. Overall, the clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend Richmond Dental for anyone looking for quality care and great service!

The receptionist here is super helpful and very nice, and the prices are very competitive. The cleaning experience was amazing, and I even got a complimentary gift the best one I’ve ever received from a dental clinic. The dentist was okay, and the overall visit felt really good.
