I had an amazing experience at Ricci Hair Co.! My haircut turned out absolutely perfect—precise, stylish, and exactly what I wanted. The stylist was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I was looking for. The salon itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I visited this business for the first time on July 18, 2025, on the recommendation of a colleague and I'm very thankful for the recommendation! The last three places I visited in downtown Edmonton were just atrocious. As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. The staff here, for those I met, excel in their field and go out of their way to ensure a fantastic customer service experience. My stylist, Raymond, was wonderful. Very kind, informative and knowledgeable in his field. I very much look forward to returning. If you're looking for great service, great value and amazing people, I'd highly recommend checking this place out.

I chose this salon for many reasons. It's location is very convenient, the salon is really cute and clean, and they have an expresso bar to enjoy as well. My stylist was Courtney, she was the right amount of chit chat, she understood exactly what I was going for and she made it happen in good time. I was lucky to get a few tips on how I could easily keep the look I wanted and about some hair hacks I otherwise didn't know. I will see her again and I would definitely recommend this place if you want a cut from an award winning stylist. Price was fair and they had a lot of products to choose from for my hair.
