I had a great experience with RH Wheel & Brake. I called about an alignment issue caused by a problem with the front right control arm on my Audi Quattro. On the phone they clearly explained both possible scenarios and what I could expect then asked me to bring the car in so they could confirm. I thought I’d need a full control arm replacement but after checking the car, they let me know they were able to fix it instead, saving me a lot of money. The service was amazing, and they were honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

I brought in my BMW X3 to get an alignment and full tie rod assembly done. I've had experience with just about every dealership, other private shops in town, and the level of flexibility and professionalism here has surpassed my expectations. They will NOT gouge you on parts or try to sell you on unnecessary repairs like other shops and dealerships. They partner with you, do what makes sense, and their pricing is probably the best I've seen in town. The techs here are professional, friendly and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a private mechanic for your suspension, wheels, brakes, whatever you need, just start with giving them a call...if they can't do something, they'll refer you to a shop they trust, and if they can do it, you'll save some cash and be happier for it.

Had my truck aligned here a year ago now. They also did some front suspension work I needed done. Joel made it super easy for the work to be done. I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked up at the end of the work day good to go. We also spent a ton of time going back and forth on suspension options, I appreciated the information, quick communication over text and the honesty when it came to ordering new parts and scheduling the service. Couldn't recommend Joel and RH enough. Great experience and will be my go to shop moving forward.

Have been to RH Wheel and Brake with my last 3 trucks for alignment and have had excellent experiences. This last time the dealership I was dealing with was unable to correct an alignment issue after multiple attempts. RH W&B had the truck running true in 45 minutes. I can't recommend these guys enough.

If you need an alignment or any of the other mechanical services offered at this shop, look no further. You've found the shop in town that you need to go to. Joel and the team at RH offer great customer service, highly skilled technicians and absolutely fair pricing. They're willing to take the time to help you understand what's wrong, what needs to be fixed and to help you figure out the best way to get to the finish line. The shop prides itself on offering good customer service and is a perfect example of how well run a business can be when the people in charge care. I've made use of their services twice now and is absolutely the only place I will ever go for any alignment work.
