I booked my eye exam two days ago and got the 12 pm slot. Kristina was the one assisting me the whole time and she has been very polite and helpful with all my queries. Optometrist Doctor Justin was thorough with my eye exam and explained every detail very clearly. It was so busy when I came in but all the staff were able to attend to all of the customers waiting. I had my first visit at Specsavers in Scarborough, Ontario in 2023 and I would say it’s the same experience. All the staff were nice and everything was affordable. I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses for $343 and both were on transition lenses. I honestly waited for a Specsavers to open a branch in Regina before I have decided to get a new pair of prescription glasses. Highly recommended Specsavers location in Regina. 💯
