We had an amazing experience at the Retreat Spa at Hyatt Burrard, especially on a busy Valentine’s Day! A special thank you to Chloe for being so humble and accommodating—she truly went out of her way to squeeze us into the right schedule despite how busy it was. The manicure and pedicure session done by Chloe and Star was absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, detail-oriented, and made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The customer service was genuinely outstanding and made us feel valued throughout. May did my hair spa, and it was such a great experience. She explained everything in detail about my scalp condition and the treatment process, which I really appreciated. The spa session itself was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Overall, the entire experience was truly worth it. Highly recommend Retreat Spa for anyone looking for a luxurious and caring spa experience!

Amazing spa location. Great prices for phenomenal treatment. I had Minju for a massage appointment and was so relaxed. The facility is extremely clean and everyone was professional and kind. Was so tempted to book the next day right away. My wife also got a facial treatment and the consistency of quality was continued there. Highly recommend this location! Going to miss this place when I go home.

What a delightful experience. I booked a 60 min oxygen facial with Khole and it was fantastic. She was very calming and had the perfect touch. Her massage was well balanced and very thoughtful. My face was glowing when she was done! My mom got to enjoy a head spa with May and she said it was the best head spa she's ever had! All the products used are top notch and have very refreshing smells! I purchased one of the skin care sets because I liked them so much. I mentioned we were coming for part of my birthday pampering when I booked and they had a beautiful lil birthday cake and balloons waiting for me when we where finished. These ladies went above and beyond to make our visit very catered to and I definitely felt pampered when I left! I would highly recommend this spa for anyone wanting 5 star treatment!

I really love how Zachary did the body and facial massage! I don't really like body massage coz of past experience from other spa place but with Retreat and Zachary it was amazing and highly recommend to do a service with Zachary specially if it's your first time and something special treat for birthday(11/22/25)☺️🎁Well done Zachary! I also did mani and pedi with Chloe! Making sure you are comfy and relax. She's really good at doing her job. She treat me like a 👸🏽 Amazing job Chloe. Thank you Retreat.

We dropped by for our 10th anniversary for a couples massage - service was top notch, staff were professional and friendly, and to our surprise, they got us a cake to share once we were done. Fantastic experience, will visit again!
