We were looking to get a new roof and friends mentioned about getting the metal roof. I had seen Renoteck ad on Facebook and contacted them for a quote. I got a prompt response from Stephen Cross. Mentioned looking for shake style. Next Stephen and his partner came to Sylvan with sample of their products and estimated a quote. Fantastic job from the meeting with Stephen Cross, to overview of the product line, and availability of prompt installation date. Installation crew lead by Pavel Gonchar came down while I was at work on date selected and met with my wife explaining the process. They were very courteous and did not delay. Stripped down the old roof while constantly clean debris on the windy day. Installed roof medium prior to installation of Black Iron Stone Slate shake, roof vent seals, and around skylight and fire place chimney. The team stayed well into evening completing project and any extra yard cleanup prior to leaving ensuring job completion before weather change. Great product, team and quality work completed. Many comments from neighborhood on how great the house looks. Highly recommend the Renoteck team for your projects. Now we are residing home to match the great look of our Renoteck roof. After much research and speaking with previous clients, we chose Renoteck Metal roofing for our home. Dealing with Stephen was a pleasure, his pre-sales, sales and after-sales follow-up was excellent. The four-person installation crew was experienced and did an excellent job. Very happy with our experience with Renoteck. We had a metal roof installed at our cottage in a remote location and they were very easy to deal with. Renoteck just put a metal roof on our house and garage and it is absolutely beautiful!! The technicians were so kind and helpful with any questions I had. They cleaned up perfectly afterwards nothing left on the ground, which was a big concern of mine as we have dogs and kids playing in the yard all the time. The quality of the roof is outstanding would strongly reccomend to everyone I know! Beautifuly crafted and installed, extremely professional and very friendly.
