I noticed a leak on the ceiling when the snow started to Melt. We called Jon at Remstar for a emergency repair and he found the damaged section quickly and fixed it that same day. Thanks for the quick response, I would use you again.

Had the VERY unfortunate pleasure recently of speaking with one of the owners, i think. She told me her name was Krystal. What a mess that was with her attitude and lack of customer service. My company certainly won't do business with this place after dealing with her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Word gets around with other contractors in Red Deer easily. One star for Remstar!

Recently we discovered water issues / damage on the inside walls of our CARA building- Remstar Roofing was recommended to us and we are super impressed with how they addressed our concerns. Jon came over right way, got up on the roof to assess the problem. A solution was presented, cost estimates given quickly.
