No one ever wants to buy a new furnace, but Reliance MacKenzie made the experience as easy as possible. Henry in sales was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain our options and helped us choose the right system for our home. The installation technician was also great—on time, professional, and left everything clean and working perfectly. Overall, really solid service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Outstanding Service I can’t say enough good things about the Reliance Mackenzie team. When my furnace failed, they responded immediately and sent a technician to assess the issue. Once it became clear that a replacement was needed, they went above and beyond—sending a consultant to walk me through my options. All this on a Saturday evening!! By Monday morning, the installation team was already on-site and had everything up and running quickly. Even when a few challenges came up along the way, Henry, the consultant, acted fast and ensured everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. This level of responsiveness, care, and customer focus is rare. Their customer service is truly many nautical miles ahead of the rest. An exceptional team delivering exceptional service—highly recommended.

We had two furnaces installed with two additional humidifiers. We were given excellent customer service from start to finish. With initial walk through and recommendations for improvements to full install and changes, everything went smoothly and as planned. I had lots of questions of different types and different needs and they were able to put my concerns at ease. Very happy with the product and service. Will work with them in the future.
