The 81,000‑square‑foot facility provides ample space for holistic movement and wellness activities. Sauna edicate is not enforced, lot of unwashed nasty sitting in there. The only solution is no nudity like Altea. You'll never get inconsiderate old people to sit on a towel. It's very uncomfortable in there

A spacious work out place with up to date work out equipment. Friendly staff who give encouragement and listen to your recovery needs. Down side have to go up stairs to enter gym facility. There is an elevator. In my opinion too many stairs to navigate as a person who is navigating strength and ability to walk stairs. Especially when stairs were hard to navigate at home duringa long illness. Ifound it very hard to exit. Again an elevator but that's not the point to discourage a person. There is an exit for emergency dispersal.
