We have been booking team training at the centre for years and have come here with three children in 3 different sports. Not anymore. The new manager is a big bully. He loves yelling at kids and teens before they've even done anything. Walked in the door and haven't even had one second to take off their boots - yelling. Then he berates parents who sit and wait quietly on the benches and lectures them like he's giving a ted talk on floor maintenance. A big man with a little power and no ability to be personable = one terrible manager. Our entire parent group asked our club to move our training out. And I will never book any team dry land there again. I'm sure they won't care because teams always need more space. But it's a real shame this guy is ruining their reputation while he struts around talking about how good he is and how he's laying down the law. Good luck floor sheriff.

We took our 11U baseball team for some January training before the season starts up and we were very impressed by both the building and excellent condition of the artificial field and equipment. We were given the grand tour by the owner and were left feeling very at home. See you again soon RSPC

Beautiful facility with everything you want and more. Staff is great. A kind young man named Marshall was great help! Would highly recommend!

Awful experience, entirely due to the manager? Matt. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and incredibly rude. He operates more like a bully or bouncer than a leader, and it’s obvious his staff is uncomfortable around him and does not respect him. Several of his comments and mannerisms felt inappropriate and carried racist undertones. Every interaction made the experience worse. It’s disappointing to see a facility run by someone who clearly should not be in a leadership position - yet alone around other human beings, and CERTAINLY not in a customer service position. Best of luck to this place with that guy at your front door.

The facility itself is solid The field is nice and the equipment is impressive No complaints there But the management ruins the entire experience The woman running the place is flat out rude and unprofessional She talks down to people acts like she’s doing everyone a favor just by being there and has zero respect for parents or kids Parents are kicked out without warning or explanation and the way she bosses kids around is honestly ridiculous and completely unnecessary The one saving grace of this place is the physiotherapist Scott Anderson He’s excellent and definitely knows his stuff Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a good physio Other than that the staff is just unprofessional and the overall vibe is toxic This place could be great but the people running it are killing any potential it has
