I have used this physio clinic several times over past years and seen different therapists. All have been excellent. Most recently I cancelled an appointment anx my therapist sent a follow up email to make sure how I was doing. This is an excellent service element I did not expect

I've waited a bit to write this review. I am ready now to speak on my experience. My experience may be different than your's due to my injury happening outside of work, and my insurance company was paying the bills. Shirrae and the rest of the team are phenomenal. They listened to my concerns and addressed them as they came up.They let me grow, and find my strength by encouraging me, and being my biggest cheerleaders. I went in with a mindset of getting better and stronger. I tried everyday to go in with a good attitude (occasionally I had to make a mental decision to still go in and get better). I arrived to a clean facility with smiling faces. I went downstairs for my first assessment. A plan was put together for me to begin/continue strengthening my injury. If during any portion I had a concern with how I felt with something, we discussed it, and modified the exercise until I was able to perform it correctly. The one thing I didn't know, was when I was give "x" amount of sessions, the assessments were counted as 1 visit. In closing, the people are great, the facility is great, and if you go in with the right mindset, they will bend over backwards to help your healing and journey. I can't thank you guys enough.

The only word I have for regina sports center Albert street location(1524 albert st) is outstanding. Amazing amazing amazing. Today it was my first visit at this location and everybody at front was awesome and super polite. Even my therapist though it was my visit but it didnt felt like I was rushed.Jennifer listened to all my issues patiently and even drafted the treatment plan.And i am hopeful that things will work if you have such caring and talented people. I have been to various other places but this was beyond words. I believe if you are treated nicely at front ,then all goes well😊 Keep up your services like this always.😊

All the staff and therapists are really talented and they know what they are doing. Be consistent and you will see great results.
