Excellent service! I called with a weekend and evening emergency with no heat, and someone was at my door very fast! Very professional, organized, and friendly. Reasonable and fair rates and they are honest and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Daman bains to family, friends, neighbours, and even strangers.

Very pleased with the rapid response during a cold snap. Would highly recommend to anyone, Rhett the guy sent out was extremely professional and did an excellent job! We felt as though he worked quickly and efficiently not dragging anything out. Response time means everything when you are without heat in -35 temps.

Had a great experience with Regina plumbing and heating. The technician was quick at finding the problem he didn’t waste any time going to get the part was quick at installing the part a true professional. He was suppost to come between 1-3 but the office called me and asked he could come at around 12 it work out great. Thanks Regina plumbing and heating and the technician. True professional technician

My experience with Regina Plumbing and Heating was amazing! I had been having issues with my furnace for a number of years and knew eventually it needed to be replaced but was concerned about cost and timing as the forecast for the week ahead was going to be extremely cold. My son contacted Adrian on a Sunday night. Adrian called me immediately. We talked about price and what needed to be done and by 8 o’clock the next morning Simon was here to check out what needed to be done and within an hour their technicians had arrived and by the end of the day Monday my furnace was replaced and my house was warm again! Thank you to Adrian and everyone involved for making this process way easier than I ever thought it could be. I highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating for their quick service, great employees and reasonable prices. .

My furnace decided to quit after hours. I called around and Regina Plumbing and Heating not only talked me through what I could try on my own, but was honest ask let me know that they didn’t carry the brand of parts I would need - thus saving me a double time call out for nothing! They called back at 7:45 am to get me booked in. By 1 pm I had repairs completed and the plumber they sent out was great! 10/10

We were extremely impressed with the team at Regina Plumbing and Heating. The quality and workmanship were top notch. We had a furnace and air conditioner installed. We can already tell Napoleon is a superior product. We don’t claim to know much about furnaces and air conditioners, but one knows the difference between driving an old clunker compared to a Cadillac without having to know lots about cars. The technicians were reliable and came when they said they would. They treated our home with great respect. For example, we have hardwood going down to our basement and there’s no damage despite all the trips going up and down hauling various equipment like a furnace. Also, I had to let the tec know that he could cut across the front of our house instead of walking all the way around to the front sidewalk when he was installing the air conditioner. The previous piping for the air conditioner infringed in a mangled mess towards our water heater. The tec reconfigured all the piping and cleaned everything up when he could have just as easily left it the way it was to save himself time and effort. This is just some of the added care and attention that was given to us, and we would highly recommend them. We can’t thank you enough! Neal and Rhonda
