If i could only give a 0 star i would lol. Wasted my time thinking they’d clean my bag but they didn’t, they just kept it for a week and a half just to tell me that “its not very clean” and when i checked my bag, turns out they didnt even clean it at all lol makes sense why they didnt charge me. I’d appreciate it if they told me up front that they couldnt do the job instead of wasting my time. I could have gone somewhere else that actually does the job and reliable. Avoid this place!

Got my blanket dryclean from this shop but there is hair on our blanket. I am not sure if they even dry cleaned this or not. My husband showed this to them at the time of pick up but they said it's nothing. I will not be going back to this shop again

Rip off!!! they will tell you a price than when you pick up your stuff you will find something else!! they won't tell you or confirm that with you they just do it and you can't have your stuff back until you pay them! short story took a pants to be fixed lady said it will cost me 10+tax, they day I went back to pick up my pants i find out it's 35+tax!!! plus they don't do a good job! I won't recommend this place to anyone........

Above and beyond service!! After the place I purchased my son's Graduation suit lost the order the day before Grad, and could only offer me a rental that was too large, I was able to scramble and borrow a suit elsewhere. It needed dry cleaning that day so my son could wear it the next morning at 9:00 am. The wonderful staff at Regina Dry Cleaners were able to come to the rescue and help me out late in the day! A big thank you to you all for your efforts! I just wish there were more stars to give you!
