Don't take their word on it!😟 Update: Invoices attached Roy. Given the number of conversations with your team, I'm certain you were aware of our concerns. And yes a number of items were complete in Jan 2025 for the $3200 invoice. The context that has been lost Roy is we spoke to your staff BEFORE we purchased the vehicle regarding the repair. We agreed to go ahead with the purchase that day because of that conversation and in recognition of the former owner's time crunch on the permit on his new vehicle. I have confirmed with another shop that it would have been prudent to replace all hoses in question given the age of the vehicle and the temperatures. I was not asking for free service; I was willing to pay a fair price. Had the work all been completed upon the original visit, the price would not have been $265-300 more than it was. Regardless the repair has been completed by another shop. --------- We spoke to a number of folks in their shop over the workmanship on a power steering repair. 12 days after the initial repair, further work was needed. Instead of recognizing that 'gee, maybe we (RAW) did miss it,' they wanted to charge an extra $300+. After a couple conversations they came down to $265. The part that needed to be replaced (high pressure hose) is $90 and because they didn't replace the high pressure hose at the same time, it was going to be an extra $265. This was shortly after $1000s on a wheel alignment on the same vehicle. As a huge supporter of local business this is very disappointing. We offered to pay for the part and some labour. They declined our offer and will have lost us and many others over $65 on a truck repair in Regina.

I stopped in late on a fall Friday afternoon from out of town (heading across western Canada). Another local shop was unable to help with the knocking noise. RAW was kind, helped immediately, pulled a vehicle from a bay and was able to quickly get on my way. Their kindness cannot be understated. They really saved the day!! Many many thanks!!
