Regretfully writing this so others are aware....My olderkitty suffered for weeks if not months because Dr paul didnt do UTI screening already knowing she has stage1 kidney disease...and she suffered over these weeks and when i pushed back knowing she was getting worse he opinion was very poor not really careing about my cat i bought from BC 5yrs ago and had her since a baby now 15yrs old izzy didnt deserve this when confronting him after finally getting uti test and was exactly what i thought bacteria and infection another$111 and wasted money on meds that couldnt stomache and he said there no other med availabe!!!! WHICH I FOUND OUT ISNOT TRUE!!!! animal hospital is treating her with injectables thats easier on her stomache for older cats and theres other options with compounds that are more money but well worth the longevity of our loved ones!!this was classless and insensitive and just stinks of greed only! KARMA COMES TO ALL!!!!

Dr. Paul and his assistant came to our home tonight to euthanize our 17 1/2 year old dog April. They were both very compassionate and patient with us and our fur child. Thank you so much to you both. ❤️

Absolutely disappointed in this place. I came Monday evening with a friend to have her beloved 16 year old fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. When walking in we received no compassion, were directed to a room where we were left to sit not sure of what was next. When the doc came in, my friend was questioned why she was putting her dog down, and then the doc looked her dog directly in the eyes for a moment, which alone was uncomfortable. Doc gave the first shot in the dogs hip?? And told us he would be back in about ten minutes. In that time he told us the dog would possibly “let go”, pant, shake and possibly vomit. How traumatic leaving us like that. Thankfully she fell asleep shortly after. Then we continued to wait, 8 min, 7 min, 6 min.. the time dragged. All while hearing the doc attend to other patients in another room. When he returned we had to watch him try to get a vein but hers were collapsing. So onto the second arm.. finally it’s in. (The doc also had to leave the room to get more supplies). My friend was unable to hold her dog during the procedure, the receptionist held her. After she was gone, the doc kinda slid her lifeless body to us and told us to take our time, and he walked out. It was an awful experience. I would recommend the 24 hour animal clinic on Sask dr. Very very compassionate, gentle, understanding and a much more peaceful experience.

In July I had to put my 12 year old dog down and it was so hard, I got the courage to adopt a puppy because my other dog needed a friend and I fell in love with my new staffy only to find out from Dr paul he had kidney failure and I was treating him and coming in often to ensure my boy could live a life. Sadly he got really bad really fast and I had to put him down yesterday. So without couple months I lost two dogs. The point to my story is Dr Paul is amazing and so compassionate. I’m glad he took care of my boys and monitored my pups condition until the end and I will forever be a regent vet patient. My dogs deserve the best and that is what Dr Paul is. Also amazing clinic staff, I had just bought a large bag of kidney food and my dog never ate any because he was too sick to eat but I had opened the bag. I ask if it could be returned and they advised because it is open it can’t be resold but they were willing to give me 90% of the funds back. This is excellent customer service. Please use regent very clinic if you ever need to have your pets attended to.

Dr Paul has been a wonderful vet for my anxious dog. I would always recommend Dr. Paul. He is highly recommended by a lot of people through discussions on Facebook, where people have also been extremely happy with his care and services. Thank-you Dr Paul and your amazing staff for your continuing high standards of help, support, and care of my dog Sasha.
