These folks are scammers. The reviews on their website are fake, the photos on their website are generic photos taken from the web. Their address - Suite 1205, 401 Bay Street does not exist. They'll come to your house and start work, and then claim they've discovered a huge problem and demand you pay a big deposit - $15,000 or so, so they can go out and order some custom materials they'll need for the repairs. In the next day or two they'll rip open your roof and then come to you wide-eyed and tell you the damage is so much worse than they initially thought, that your whole roof is about to collapse and urge you to leave the house. They'll quote you $110,000 in total repairs and demand a further $50,000 in deposits. At which point you call in someone to give you a second quote and the total repair cost is $20,000, much to that to repair the damages these guys inflicted on your roof. At which point you should stop payment on all cheques and call the police, otherwise you and/or the honest roofers you hired may be barraged with calls from Regency that feel threatening.
