Would highly recommend avoiding this place… I had a terrible experience there today. Booked in for gel nails and it felt so rushed I was in and out of there in less than an hour… the nails he did are sticking up and they just look ugly. They didn’t trim back my cuticles or do any work to them at all infact made them 10x worse then they were (blue collar hands) , didn’t prep my natural nail, and didn’t overlay the color on evenly and properly at all it doesn’t even go to the back of my nail, also on top of that all my nails are different lengths, getting them removed tomorrow by someone different and won’t be back again. Honestly not worth the money or my time wasted (maybe 35 mins) honestly wouldn’t even give it one star.

I just got my nails done, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The person who did my nails was so initiative and quick. They really knew their stuff and made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. Plus, they were friendly which made the whole thing even better. Would totally recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done!! 💕💕

So disappointed with my nails. They look like a toddler did them. I will never be back here. Lengths are uneven, shapes are uneven and wonky, colour is opaque as she did not put enough coats on, didn’t trim or push my cuticles and they look bulbous.

Edit -- I was at this location, deluxe pedi with gel and acrylics - terrible!! Will not be coming back. The pedicurist spent more time on the massage than the actual foot care, I still have rough feet. Switching to the higher end pedicure, I did want the massage but I also wanted to leave with my feet looking new not still having the callus on my toes! The nails don't match what I asked for and I asked him to fix them twice! No prep was done to my natural nail, no filing, no cuticle removal he didn't even clean them before starting. They are far off the cuticle line and he didn't even push the cuticle back so I left with a set that is a week away from a fill ! I just gave up feeling defeated after spending over 170 to walk out upset. Not worth it at all!!! Take the time and book at one of the higher end salons that charge just about the same as this place!

When I first went to Regal, I was impressed with the service [about six to eight months ago] After my last two full sets and the repair I just had to do on a seven day old set, I will not be coming back. The difference of the nail shapes between each finger AND each hand AND the repair is unacceptable. When I first showed up, it felt like an investment - now it just feels like a waste of time, money, and patience. I wish everyone at the Regal the best and ample formal learning opportunities. P.s. Switching which artist I had in the middle of my appointment - without consultation or consideration for how I might feel about that - was never appreciated.
