I had a wonderful experience bringing my cats here. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with them, which really put me at ease. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood every step, which I really appreciated. I felt completely comfortable leaving my little pupa’s in their care for the day, knowing they were in good hands.

I called this Vet place a couple days ago made an appointment to bring in my cat. I had concerns with her one eye. I haven’t been here for awhile., I remember we had a great experience so we came back today. Was very pleased with how the appointment went. Very impressed with the staff friendly, knowledgeable, awesome experience! Thank-you very much!

Dr. Bob and his staff are beyond what anyone could ask for in a veterinary. His kindness, honesty and calmness during all visits were some of the reasons we continued to go to him. Sadly we had to put our 13 year old dog down a couple weeks ago and all those traits mentioned helped us in this very sad moment. We are so thankful for him. To top it off we received a card with kind words from him and his staff along with a last paw print of our dog Dexter. Broke our hearts but will cherish that card forever. Such a thoughtful thing to do, no words can describe what that meant to our family..🐾 We highly recommend you take your pets there if you want the highest care for them. Thank you Dr. Bob, your kindness will never be forgotten.

Always a great service from Red Willow Vet Hospital. My dog has been going there since we moved to Edmonton. The vet is knowledgeable and only recommends what is needed for my pup, never more, never less. Annuals checkups, vaccines and tick medication come to a fair price in my opinion compared to other locations I have been to in other provinces. I truly recommend this place. Also, their schedule is very accommodating.

We were looking for a vet for our new puppy, and after searching and contacting several, we decided to go with Red Willow for their reasonable prices and the fact we would always see the same vet. So far, we're very happy with our choice. Dr. Bob and all the staff have been friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered any questions we had, including explaining things in a straightforward manner, and they're all very good with our puppy, even when he's misbehaving. Dr. Bob has a calm and kind demeanor and he's great with our puppy. Enzo actually likes being there, he doesn't fear the vet at all, and I definitely think it's partially because of how friendly and welcoming the staff are. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking, the prices are fair, the staff are great, and they really seem to care about your animal. Highly recommend!
