I had an amazing experience with Jessica, she’s so kind and uplifting. I did a pole foundations class and it was honestly so much fun! I 10/10 recommend trying it out if you’re curious.

I went for my two week trial and I had a blast! The instructors were patient and took the time to break down moves if you didn't understand them, the space was extremely cute and clean, a very comforable environment that took the stress of trying a new sport off. Very excited to continue my pole journey with this company!

I wasn’t sure if pole was going to be my thing, but I have to say—I’m absolutely hooked. The studio is so welcoming, with a great mix of all levels, and the classes are the perfect blend of challenging and fun. It’s an incredible way to build strength, confidence, and just let loose. If you’ve ever thought about trying it, do it! You won’t regret it.

I absolutely love this studio, the instructors, and all the other students I've met. Everyone is so accepting and encouraging! The classes are always fun and challenging and modifications are always an option if needed. If you want to try something new, exciting, and an amazing workout, I highly suggest joining here.

Red Deer Pole Academy not only provides you with a fun workout and way to challenge yourself but they also provide you with a safe place to be you and feel beautiful! The most body positive fitness class I have ever been apart of! They make you feel gorgeous in your own skin and make you feel safe! Want to give it a try? Small class sizes so you actually get help! Great instructors who love what they do! Super cute studio to boot! Come on just give it a try and you will see what we mean!
