Dropped my car off in the morning, then Red Deer mechanics drove me to work. At 3pm I picked my car up to discover that they had thoroughly checked it over. They explained everything perfectly. The bill was small, I was surprised! The service at Red Deer mechanics is top notch. Highly recommended!

Car needed an alternator, i called and they were able to fit me in same day and the price was reasonable. I knew the issue was an alternator and they didn't charge me any diagnostic fees, very grateful for that. Jordan up front is great at her job. Thanks guys!

Lovely staff that try diligently to assist in any way they can, and do so diligently and with a warmth not typically found in service industry. Thank you so much to everyone that works at RD Mechanics, you're amazing and your efforts are both noticed and appreciated. p.s. Don't buy a Chrysler Sebring though, what a nightmare to find parts for, despite these wonderful folk combing half the planet to find the requisite part to complete the repair.

They took great care of me and my vehicle while they were fixing the issues with my jeep. Providing a shuttle when I needed it, ordering the parts required right away, and sourced a variety of other places, giving me options that best suit my budget.Communication was happening every step of the way, which was important to me, since this was/is my only vehicle. Everyone within the shop was so kind and lovely when interacted with the staff, and the staff with each other was nothing but positive. Such a team atmosphere, it was refreshing to see.
