I am so impressed with the friendliness and excellent service I received from Randall’s on Eleventh! I brought in a winter jacket that had gotten gasoline on it, and they managed to remove the stain completely. My jacket looks better than ever! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, and I’m so happy to have discovered this location. I will most definitely be bringing all of my dry cleaning here in the future.

For: East Village location. Needed a couple dog dollars shortened. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Be done in a week. 2 weeks later get a call they're just starting on them and sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. Told them to stop and ill just pick them up and go elsewhere. But they already opened up one stitch, so they stitched it back up. I can barely tell which one is the original! So If you don't need anything done fast, and if you want that factory look stitch, I'd totally recommend this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Brought my dog’s collar to be shortened and two weeks later, they were finally able to get someone to do it. However, they did not understand how to shorten the collar, so I told them to just give the collars back. One of the collars came back with absolutely POOR stitching (left in the photo). It is appalling work, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this place.
