Dale is very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He asked a lot of questions, and ran a series of flexibility and mobility tests in order to diagnose my issue. He then followed it with treatment, and laid out a recovery plan with recommended stretches and exercises. I left feeling very confident in his assessment and rehab plan.
