I called Andrew from Rain Safe Roofing to replace a vent on my roof. He came out the same day and his work was excellent. He was very professional and even took pictures of before and after the repair. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I got a reference from a friend to call Rain Safe when I told him about a leaky hood vent. Andrew came by pretty quickly to check on the roof and diagnosed the problem. I didnt know anything about the roofing and heard so much horror stories before. Andrew was very thorough to show me where the leak was via pictures and explained to me the steps he would need to fix it. I felt more at ease after his explanation and have them proceed with the fix. They did the fix within the hour in the morning. The price is reasonable and service is spot on. It rained the same afternoon and there's no more leak!! We'll done guys! I'm very happy with their service and would recommend Rain Safe to everyone who needs leaky roof fixed! :) 👍🏻👍🏻

We've just had Andrew and his team replace our roof. Talk about professionalism.10 out of 10. From the patience with which Andrew explained to us step by step the entire process, to the transparency and price fairness, everything was perfect. We never felt rushed, and Andrew answered any questions and concerns we've had. They arrived on time and finished the job within the promised time frame. We do have now an amazing new roof and it's all thanks to Andrew and his team. Great job, thank you so much Andrew! Working with you was a real pleasure.

I had a leaking marks underneath the roof board inside the attic around the second floor washroom vent area. From inside of the attic, the staking nails are rusty and wood board around the nails are getting black color because of the slowly leaking from roofing shingles around the vent. My neighbour on Winntrail in Milton recommended Andrew to me for the repair. I messaged him and got a call back very quickly from Andrew and he came over and flied a drone over the roof and identified the issue and got a solution right away! Then Andrew and his partner climbed to the roof top and get the issue fixed in half an hour! Andrew’s team is very professional on fixing roofing issues with very reasonable price. I would highly recommended Andrew’s team! Thank you Andrew for such quick fix!

I’m very happy with the roof repair service! They worked quickly at a fast pace to fix 16 shingles and repair my bathroom vent, and once they were on the roof, they found and fixed 2 more damaged shingles at no extra cost. The quote was reasonable and affordable, and they explained everything clearly before starting. They also shared clear before-and-after pictures so I could see exactly what was done. Professional, friendly, and thorough—highly recommended!
