Had an appointment at 9.30 am this morning Clinic was closed when I arrived 10 min before. At 9:30 am the door was still locked but there was a sign on the door to ring the bell. No answer. Everything was dark inside. I called the number on the sign and someone picked up. Not saying "Radiant Belle Med Spa how can I help you". Just "yes, I'm coming, I'm on my way". I asked who I was speaking with, she said Mel, I'm the one who will give you the injection". I told her that this was very unprofessional, her response "Yah, something came up". I got this gut feeling something was not right. As I looked through the door the entrance hallway was very dirty. I waited as she said she was 3 minutes away. 15 minutes later, she got dropped off. She opened the door, went inside and this guy, who was in the car next to me, walked inside. A few seconds later she came to the door and waved me inside. As she opened the door I could smell an overwhelming amount of perfume. I told her I was not coming in, that she was 15 minutes late. She did not seem to be bothered by it. She said something along the line of her daughter being the reason for her being late. I fully understand that life happens, however when you know you have an appointment with a client for an IV treatment, you show up 30 min early, or at least on time. When you know you are running late, you call me and explain that you will be late. You apologize to your new costumer. Non of the above. It was as if it was the most normal thing to her. I walked away because I felt something was wrong. The prices for the IV treatment in and around Edmonton/St.Albert and Spruce are all around $200+. Here they offer it for $75. I never asked if she was a medical professional that can administer IV treatments. Clinics in Alberta are required to have a designated medical director (physician) on site. I can't find anywhere if she is or isn't. Again, I don't know if she is or not. All I can share is that the level of professionalism was not there. I should have asked more questions.

Went for my facial today and after the first sheet mask application, the skin started burning. There was no excretion of black of white heads in the process. She tried a second which made no difference. Finally used clay mask. Once that was done every other product used ( vitamin C and mosturiser) it started burning. Technician had to wash off product. Advised Matthew that the technician should have been a little gentle vs scrubbing the skin with towel which aggregated the burning. The sales person Matthew did apologize however felt that there was no alternate compensation offered. Disappointing experience.

The owner she is amazing did a really great job for chemical peel my next step is doing facial and then microneedling and Botox I look forward for an awesome results

I already did 5 sessions of EMSculpt and I have 1 more left. I am super happy with the results! 🥰 😍 I already lost 7lbs in 2 weeks along with a mix of exercise and healthy diet changes. Even after my 1st session, I could instantly feel the results. It's not even painful. The owner is incredibly friendly, genuine & accommodating. I appreciate how she provides lots of tips and tricks to help boost my confidence and get the most out of the experience. I'd go back here for more body sculpting in the future for how effective it is and value for money, I highly recommend. Thank you so much! 🥰 UPDATE: I bought another package of 6 because I liked it so much and have just completed everything last week. I lost a total of 10lbs in just 1 month 🥰 My tummy has totally gone down and I can fit into some of my clothes that were too tight 🤩🥰 I'd say it's totally worth it and the prices are great 👌🏻

I enjoyed the oxygenation facial they had it was only 95 dollars (usually 195 but they had a deal going) but the customer service was not good, not bad, but not great. This was my first facial so would’ve loved some explanation on what the hell was happening as it was happening. Lady said she’d explain as we were doing it-then…never did lolll. Just kinda silently took whatever was happening. Good value for the money and maybe she was just having a bad day. Might come again. We’ll see.
