When I was visiting an elderly mother in Yorkton, I noticed her Hot Water Tank that was installed by Miller's was leaking and was still under warranty (only got 4 years out of a 6 year warranty). Called Miller"s and the receptionist dispatched service guys quickly. Hot Water Tank was replaced in just under an hour. (very good service). Now the shocking part A week later I received a call about the bill (?). I was informed that the warranty covers the tank only, not labor. Receptionist told me the standard warranty replacement labor would be $550 and the new tank will only have the remaining 2 years of warranty left. Their plumbers rate is $100/hr. or $150/hr. for 2 guys. I am still not sure how they can charge $550 for an hour of work (she did give a discount on the installation) Sounds like Covid 19 prices are still effect. Shop around and ask questions before committing can save you a lot of money. Warranty now a days is just a word , you will still pay if it has warranty, just so you know.

R Miller installed a new hose bib and two faucets this time. Prior they had moved our water meter and reconnected it. I cannot say enough good things about them. A service technician found the gas leak near the hose bib I have been wondering about. They go above and beyond to ensure my family's safety. Everyone should call on them for Yorkton and area plumbing needs!!!
