I have been coming here since 2022. I had only ever gone to one other dentist for over 30 years in the GTA. I was nervous to move practices but Dr. Patel and his staff have been amazing. They've always been able to accommodate my busy schedule. I appreciate the reminders that come in prior to appointments. Rescheduling appointments are a breeze as well. In the past, I had a bad experience with filling a cavity where the dentist didnt wait long enough for the local freezing to take place and I felt the drilling. Dr. Patel listened, took the appropriate time, and there was zero pain on the fillings he did. I also recently completed my Invisalign treatment with them and it was a truly seamless experience. I can't recommend the team at Queens enough!

Queens Family Dentistry is a great place to have your teeth looked after. The environment is very warm and welcoming. The staff is helpful, friendly and positive. Doctor Patel is a genuine caring doctor who is highly experienced. I would recommend this dentistry for anyone looking for a professional dental assistance.

Wonderful and clean office! It’s a great central location and walking distance for my family. My husband, my two kids and I have been patients here for a few years and would recommend it to anybody :) We love Lina for our cleanings and I also just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr.Patel and am very happy with my results!

SCAMMERS!! During my visit, I was told by the dentist that X-rays were optional, but then the manager stepped in and insisted that doing a cleaning without X-rays would be illegal. This is completely false, X-rays may be recommended, but they are not legally required. The manager forced me to and I felt pressured and misled, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. On top of this, the pricing was very misleading. Over the phone I was quoted $325 total for a cleaning, yet I was charged $626 when I arrived. Later they tried to claim the $325 was “only for X-rays,” which makes no sense since the bill clearly shows X-rays were only $109 and WERE NOT EVEN USED BEFORE THE CLEANING, THEY CHECKED THE XRAYS AFTER THE CLEANING SO IT WAS NOT NECESSARY. This experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Patients deserve truthful information and transparent pricing not fear tactics or shifting explanations. I will not be returning and recommend others proceed with caution. UPDATE During my visit, the technician specifically told me that X-rays were not mandatory. When I declined to get X-rays, the manager came in and told me directly that it would be illegal to proceed with a cleaning without X-rays. This was not a “miscommunication” I was pressured and misinformed, which is very concerning in a healthcare setting.
